John Stephen "Jack" Phillips (May 24, 1919 in St. Louis, Missouri – June 16, 1958 in St.Louis, Missouri) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched in one game in 1945, throwing 4 1/3 innings in relief and giving up 5 runs on 5 hits. He also appeared in one other game as a pinch runner.

He died in St. Louis, Missouri by accidental electrocution.[1]
